The investment cost includes a fully furnished ready-to-move-in house, centralized heating and water supply from a well, a parking space, a security system, fire alarm, landscaping, and the development of the location and infrastructure.

The management company is engaged in: strategic management of the facility, organization of economic activities, administrative activities, management of the financial department, marketing department, and HR department.
Ensuring the occupancy of the complex and the maintenance of the building.

We take objects into management for a period of 10 years with the possibility of extension. During this time, we ensure proper operation of the buildings and necessary current repairs.

You receive 20% annual returns, so the payback period is exactly 5 years, the next 5 years are pure profit, and you also retain your personal house, which you can either take back, sell to us, or continue receiving dividends.

On our premises, there is a 90 square meter log sauna, hot tubs, a swimming pool, children’s trampolines, a quad bike park, and fishing with rods.

The first income will be received 3 months after the agreement and will be paid to investors on a quarterly basis.

For the first 5 years, you receive exactly 20% per annum, no more and no less, to help you quickly recover your invested money.

Afterwards, the income is calculated based on the total rental income from houses in a specific category.

For example, if you invested in a one-bedroom house and there are 5 such houses in the location, and they generated $20,000 in rental income for the quarter, this amount will be distributed among the investors and the team after deducting taxes.

Therefore, the investor’s income does not depend on how much their house was used but is determined by the total income of the entire pool of houses in the respective category.

Also, the annual return will not be less than 15%! If the income is less than 15% per annum, we will insure and cover any shortfall below 15% per annum.
