Rental Terms:

• Minimum rental of houses – 2 nights.
• Maximum number of sleeping places: 5 main + 2 additional.
• Additional guest on the premises (without overnight stay): +500 UAH per day.

Accommodation Rules:

• A quiet family retreat only.
• We do not accept noisy parties or groups of young people.
• Playing your own music on the premises is prohibited! Lounge music, the same for everyone, is played on the premises.

Sleeping places:

• Up to 7 people:
  • Bed 160×200
  • Family bunk bed
  • Sofa bed

Maximum number of guests: 5 people during the day.

Minimum booking duration: 2 nights.
One night is possible only if there are “gaps” between bookings (with an additional fee).

Your furry friends:

• We only accept small dogs weighing up to 10 kg.
• We have a large grassy area where small children play, so please ensure your dog does not make a mess)) 
• The fee for your dog is 1000 UAH as a one-time payment, plus a deposit of 5000 UAH.
• If the sofa, bedding, or towels are stained or covered in fur, your deposit will not be refunded.

Infrastructure:

• Area:  50 ares with 4 houses and a large cottage.
• Terrace:  Each house has a barbecue area and a terrace.
• Large Pool:  Size 14×6 m, depth 1.5 m, lighting, cleaning system, daily maintenance. Around the pool, there is a wooden deck, sun loungers, soft poufs, and tables.
• Eco-interior:  The house is clad in wood, with cozy planning and beautiful decoration.
• Everything you need for relaxation:  Towels, linen, hygiene products, dishes, household appliances, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, refrigerator.
• Prompt service:  The owner’s house is nearby, and service is available at any time upon your request.

Our Restrictions:

• Minimum rental period – 2 nights.
• Age of the responsible renter – 25 years and older.
• Number of sleeping places – 5+2.
• Maximum number of guests in the yard – 5.
• Check-in time – from 14:00, check-out time – by 11:00.
• Pool usage: 9:00-21:00.
• Playing personal music is prohibited on the premises! Lounge music is played for everyone.
• Using your speakers is prohibited!
• Profanity and corresponding music repertoire are prohibited.
• Strict rules for maintaining pool water cleanliness.
• “Quiet hours”: 22:00-08:00.
• One house is designed for 1-2 families.

The rental price includes:

• Accommodation:  A 54 m² house with a terrace for 5+2 guests, kitchen-living room, 2 rooms. Parking.
• Large Pool:  Sun loungers, soft poufs, tables.
• Recreation Equipment:  Grill, large wooden terrace, barbecue area, lawn.
• House Facilities:  Refrigerator, stove, microwave, air conditioner, high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, drinking water from a 60 m well, cooking utensils, tableware, bed linen, all types of towels, hygiene products.

Additional guest without overnight stay: +500 UAH.

Rental for 1 night only: +1000 UAH (subject to availability of a “window” between check-ins).

Deposit:  4000 UAH (paid upon check-in and returned upon check-out).
